Now that the number of COVID cases are once again increasing in our area, more of my clients are opting to train with me virtually. Several of my clients have well-equipped training rooms in their homes which allows me to continue with many of the exercises and skill sets they enjoyed in my facility. However, many of my clients have minimal equipment in their homes and that is NOT A PROBLEM!
Body-weight training has always been one of my favorite - especially when traveling. No equipment needed, just a "toolbox" filled with knowledge. I jokingly tell my clients they will be enjoying my "convict strength and conditioning program" because I can whip you into serious strength and cardio fitness within a room no larger than a jail cell.
My clients are enjoying their virtual sessions and their continued progress with their strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance.
