So many people view the Fall season as the end of their serious training. After all, cooler weather means covering up with bulkier clothing, like comfy hoodies, sweat pants and jeans. I challenge you to look at Fall as the BEGINNING of getting into better shape (and health!) for NEXT summer's activities. In addition, getting into the groove of a more serious training routine and more nutritious eating plan now will also get you through the upcoming holiday food challenges with better results. If you are new to fitness training, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I will customize a program for you that addresses YOUR specific goals as well as review your current eating habits so that, together, we can fix any food habits that are thwarting your efforts to maintain a healthy weight. I will challenge you with a variety of exercise modalities that are within your current fitness level, gradually increasing the exercises as your mobility, strength and confidence grows. Virtual training sessions are an option if you prefer. However, my training facility is very spacious, allowing for safe, social distancing between us. Let's get your Fall training on point today!
I've made a quantum leap in strength, endurance, and especially self-confidence since I've started training with Bambi.
