Checking the mirror everyday to see if you can see any visible differences from yesterday can be a de-motivating experience for many. I know, I know, you would think after eating so healthy all day and having a really hard training session, some positive result should show somewhere the very next day! But it doesn't work quite that fast. So, my advice to you is to ease up on your daily expectations of results, and find your reward simply in the job well done each day. The results will follow! Keep a positive outlook on your journey to better health and fitness, enjoy the empowerment of making sound decisions every day, and congratulate yourself every night on your commitment. Remember, getting leaner, stronger, and healthier is going to be your lifestyle ... not just a temporary assignment. Does it really matter how fast you see the results? Come on, be an adult here - what matters is that you are constantly working towards your ideal - and in time, you will most definitely enjoy the rewards!
