COVID Safe Training Option

If you have been unable to go to your gym because of COVID restrictions, and are now un-easy about going back to the gym now that it has re-opened, you are not alone. 

I offer personal training in my home facility, which is a very spacious training room (the entire lower level of my home) that is well-equipped with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, heavy bags, TRX straps and a Concept 2 Rower. All of the equipment is cleaned after each client. This is my home - so I can guarantee you I am fastidious when it concerns cleanliness and health safety! I am very careful about keeping a safe distance while you are in my home and while we are training. I do not require you to wear a mask.

Whether your goal is to improve your nutrition, lose weight, gain strength, improve mobility, increase flexibility, learn a new skill (kettlebells!) or a combination of the aforementioned, I can customize a program to get you to your goals if you are willing to commit to the work.
