Tired of your workout routines? Tired of eating the same foods over and over again? Then why aren't you making a change? In order for you to stay committed to your fitness and health goals, you need to keep your training challenging and fun, and you need to treat your tastebuds to a variety of new, healthy meals. I tend to eat the same vegetables every day: spinach, carrots, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and asparagus. But I incorporate them into a wide variety of recipes, including soups, salads, and exotic side dishes.
I mix up my workouts as well. Although my mainstays are kettlebells, TRX, and bodyweight exercises, my training sessions are never the same. Some nights I do ladders; some nights are timed Tabatas, and when it feels right, it's all about how much weight can I lift.
The key to ENJOYING a healthy lifestyle, is to keep everything you do challenging, fresh, and rewarding to ALL of your senses. If you need some guidance with this, just give me a holler :-)
I've made a quantum leap in strength, endurance, and especially self-confidence since I've started training with Bambi. She is tuned-in to the kind of workout I might need any given week, and she continues to inspire me as I improve.
