What You Practice Is What You Are

If you sit at a desk all day, then come home after work and plop in front of the television for the evening - guess what you are practicing to become?  Answer: You are practicing to remain an individual with poor flexiblility, an unstable and weak core, muscles that struggle to handle your own body weight, and lungs that are longing for some strong exercise!

I understand feeling worn out after the 8 to 5 job but that is a MENTAL fatigue, not a physical fatigue. Every one of my clients that trains with me after work LOVES how our training sessions re-charges their energy level, clears their mind, and elevates their mood!

The physical benefits are even better! A strong, attractive musculature that ENABLES you to do whatever physical activity you chose; a strong, solid core that maintains your balance, protects your back from injury, and adds to your overall strength; flexibility that makes all your movements safe and graceful; and cardio fitness that keeps all of your organs healthy and well-functioning.

Let me get you started practicing to be the individual you REALLY want to be! Healthy, strong and fit!

I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on. I'm a work in progress, and every week I learn something new from her about nutrition and living a life of fitness. My progress has been steady(!) and I'm motivated to stay in this for the long haul. To say I "love" my trainer is an understatement.
