Krav Maga is the most effective, reality based self defense system I have ever studied. My sports history includes training and competing in Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kune Do, and Muay Thai, but none of these skill sets are street worthy skills. Krav Maga is simplistic in its principles, intuitive in its movements, and down-right destructive in its effectiveness. I have been training and instructing Krav Maga for over 14 years.

I highly encourage you to learn this skill set. Physically violent crimes continue to escalate in this country, and the victims include all ages, both male and female.

Private instruction is available in my Gilbertsville facility. A training partner is required.

I also conduct group workshops for business groups, running groups, student groups, etc. on your premises.
