Get Into The Swing

One of my favorite fat-burning, strength-building, mobility improving training tools is a kettlebell. Kettlebell movements can be ballistic (swings, snatches), grinding (presses, squats), flexibility-mobility-strength (TGU's, windmills, pistols.) I have created some great combination drills that will give you an incredible workout in just 30 minutes (including cardio!) Kettlebells, unlike dumbbells and bars, DO require solid technique and form, so I strongly recommend you learn how to properly use kettlebells from a solid instructor. (Me!)
