How well can you move your own body weight around? More important than how accomplished you are in a bench press machine or a lat pull-down machine or a rowing machine, is HOW WELL CAN YOU MOVE YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT. If you can't perform a minimum of 20 strict military pushups (men and women alike), then stop worrying about numbers on a machine. If you can't smoothly perform a non-weighted Turkish Getup, then get off the machines and let's start working on getting strong enough to MOVE your OWN body weight. I will evaluate your strength and skill set and work with you with progressive movements that will enable you to perform functional, body weight movements that will increase your overall strength and mobility.
