I always ramp up my clients' training in the Fall, as well as my own! Why? Outdoor training is so enjoyable with the wonderful Fall temperatures. The scenery is changing, the smells are changing, the energy is changing. I find all this changing stimilus invigorating to the senses, which in turn improves your mood and your motivation. I encourage my clients to incorporate a daily 30 minute walk or run into their schedule.
The second reason I ramp up training for everyone in the Fall, is we are about to hit food-heavy holidays in the next several months. So NOW is the time to get your nutrition habits on point. Both new and existing clients are given a solid review to make sure everyone is doing their best with their daily nutrient intake. If we stay on point with our nutrition and partner this with our strength and cardio training, we can enjoy our holiday treats without guilt.

I've learned SO MUCH about my body and how it works! Bambi takes the time to analyze me as I'm training, picking up on dysfunctional movement, no matter HOW SLIGHT it may be. Her corrections to my form in our drills has resolved a lower back pain I suffered with for years and strengthened me in ways I never thought were possible!
