"I have good intentions." I've been hearing this statement a lot lately. And, I have to be honest, it's really starting to irritate me. What does that MEAN exactly? Let me see .... I INTEND to eat better .... I INTEND to start working out ... I INTEND to be more disciplined ..... ??? Really? And what is stopping you exactly? I'm going to be brutally honest here. IT IS LAZINESS AND DISRESPECT for your health, for your life, and for your loved ones! People, in general, will devote more time, commitment, and discipline to their jobs, their hobbies, and their vacation planning ... than to the important and vital responsibilities of taking care of their health and fitness! The gift of LIFE ... the gift of HEALTH ... is precious! You should wake up every day and thank your lucky stars that you DO get another chance to clean up your bad habits and take better care of yourself. If you need help doing this ... GET HELP! Get a personal trainer to advise you, guide you, and motivate you! It's amazing how so many other things in your life will improve WHEN YOU TAKE CONTROL of your health and your fitness!
