I always get a deluge of emails in January from new clients with fresh New Year Resolutions. They are determined to get started with better nutrition and a good training regiment in the new year. Sadly, only 5% of those new clients actually show up and get started!

That's ok, if you are one of the "guilty" ones, don't let another month slide by. Do you realize, if you start your new program NOW, by summer, you can look the way you envision, feel soooooooooo much better, and improve the condition of your overall health.

I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on. I'm a work in progress, and every week I learn something new from her about nutrition and living a life of fitness. My progress has been steady(!) and I'm motivated to stay in this for the long haul.
