"Are you kidding? I can't even do ONE pushup????"

Many of my first time clients are dismayed to find out that they are incapable of performing even ONE strict pushup. Well, if you never do pushups as part of your workout, then I guess you just assume you have the strength to do them.  Your first training session with me will be an interesting hour :-) Not only will you get a diverse workout, but your strength, mobility, and cardio abilities will be carefully evaluated so that I can customize training sessions for you. You will learn how to perform movements correctly for optimum results and to ensure the safety of your joints, and connective tissue, and to start correcting any performance dysfunctions. Remember, training sessions should not be looked upon as "Pass" or "Fail" as you try different drills. They are not. They are an hour of honest, hard work, with the goal of self-improvement. I look forward to guiding you through the steps to achieve your personal goals. Let's get started!

I've learned SO MUCH about my body and how it works! Bambi takes the time to analyze me as I'm training, picking up on dysfunctional movement, no matter HOW SLIGHT it may be. Her corrections to my form in our drills has resolved a lower back pain I suffered with for years and strengthened me in ways I never thought were possible!
