Waiting until AFTER the holidays to begin your quest for better health and a stronger, more fit body is .... well ... just another excuse. It is AMAZING what you can accomplish in 30 days! And the feeling of pride and accomplishment after every training session and after every healthy meal you eat is incredible! Why would you want to post-pone that for another 30 days? I think the better plan of attack is to start RIGHT NOW, the first day of the last month of the year. And get yourself primed and ready to face the holiday parties and meals with a sense of purpose and control (which, by the way, does NOT mean without a sense of FUN!) For some folks, being overweight going into the holiday season can be depressing, especially when you are shopping for a party dress or a jazzy new holiday sweater. But if you have already begun (and committed) to a training schedule of better eating and fitness, you KNOW that by the end of the month, there is the REAL possibility that you WILL weigh less, you WILL be inches smaller, and you ARE on a tremendously rewarding new path to improving your health and your fitness. Hire yourself a Personal Trainer for the best holiday present you can GIVE YOURSELF!
