There is so much information at your fingertips (internet) regarding nutrition and training that it makes your head spin! Few of you have time to dig through it all, and for many of you - it might as well be written in Greek. I have been a competitive athlete my entire life, testing myself in a multitude of sports and strength/endurance activities. Along the way, I researched and experimented with my nutrition - always looking for the best eating plan for my lifestyle. I continue to live this lifestyle and love sharing my knowledge and experience with others because I want EVERYONE to enjoy the benefits of a healthy, strong body. I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on. I'm a work in progress, and every week I learn something new from her about nutrition and living a life of fitness. My progress has been steady(!) and I'm motivated to stay in this for the long haul.
