OK, the cold weather is behind us. No more NEED for comfort food. No more excuses. As part of the commitment to training for a healthier, stronger, fitter "you", start enjoying a nutrient dense juice every morning. Find (and commit) to 20 minutes in the morning to toss kale leaves, a carrot, a cucumber, a stalk of celery, a red beet and a piece of fruit (apple or pear) into your juicer. EVERY MORNING. This is the perfect way to jump start your body and ensure that you are getting the vitamins and minerals you need every day. 20 Minutes people - that includes clean up time! Then all you have to do is commit to 30 minutes in the evening for your training session, and you are on your way to a BETTER YOU!

I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on. I'm a work in progress, and every week I learn something new from her about nutrition and living a life of fitness. My progress has been steady(!) and I'm motivated to stay in this for the long haul.
