Sometimes You Just Need A Change

I recently purchased an $1100 Concept-2 Rowing Machine for my training facility. Yes, I have LOTS of kettlebells,  TRX straps, high bars, Power Tower, bosu balls, slam balls and various benches .... how much more do my clients need? Well, sometimes it's that ONE NEW challenge that kicks your training up to the next level or jump starts your metabolic rate into a higher range. Personally, I needed to add a new cardio challenge for myself. A few of my clients are experiencing knee or hip or ankle pain from carrying too much weight on their joints and the Concept-2 Rower will offer them a cardio alternative until they are able to lower their weight sufficiently. I'm always thinking of ways to improve my clients training experience with me. I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on.
