January is a time to reflect on the previous year and a time to make plans for the year stretched ahead of you. I receive more calls in January than any other month, as a popular New Year's resolution is to lose weight. Only 10% of these callers will follow through with their resolution and actually schedule a consultation or training session. If ONLY they could push themselves to take the first step and GET STARTED! Losing weight, gaining mobility, and strengthening your body is a fantastic journey to be on. I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on.
