Thanksgiving 2014 will be here in just a few days! I'm thrilled that so many of my clients are heading into the holidays with a better attitude than last year. A year of training with measurable results is all it takes to make you look at holiday binging with a different eye. Sure, you can enjoy all the delicious, traditionall foods - but now you do so with portion control and no guilt. Because "treats" don't happen on a regular basis. You only treat yourself on special occasions, and now you know this will not derail you. YOU can be in control of your nutrition and your training. Every day is so much more enjoyable this way! I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on. I'm a work in progress, and every week I learn something new from her about nutrition and living a life of fitness. My progress has been steady(!) and I'm motivated to stay in this for the long haul.
