Thanksgiving 2014 will be here in just a few days! I'm thrilled that so many of my clients are heading into the holidays with a better attitude than last year. A year of training with measurable results is all it takes to make you look at holiday binging with a different eye. Sure, you can enjoy all the delicious, traditionall foods - but now you do so with portion control and no guilt. Because "treats" don't happen on a regular basis.
