July 4th can be YOUR personal Independence Day! Yes, I'm talking to you!

If you have been feeling trapped by your food cravings and disappointed in yourself for your lack of commitment to exercising (or even getting STARTED on an exercise regiment), then July 4th is going to be the day you are going to change all of that! It doesn't matter if your holiday is filled with picnics and parties. CONTROL how much you eat, zero in on the healthiest offerings at the picnic, and take several long walks over the next 3 days. I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on. I'm a work in progress, and every week I learn something new from her about nutrition and living a life of fitness. My progress has been steady(!) and I'm motivated to stay in this for the long haul.
