You Are More Ready Than You Think

If you keep visiting fitness and nutrition websites, keep buying health and fitness magazines, keep LIKING Facebook posts about people achieving their fitness, health and weight goals…. but haven’t made a commitment to a program for yourself – YOU ARE MORE READY THAN YOU THINK. It doesn’t matter what excuse or reason you are giving yourself for not getting started. You ARE ready! You just need someone to help you on this new journey! All it takes to give you that little PUSH in the right direction (and keep you moving forward) is the right trainer. Now is the time! Let’s make this Spring and Summer season even more enjoyable for you by getting you on track and SEEING some progress! There’s nothing to be fearful of. This is a journey, not a test. I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on. I'm a work in progress, and every week I learn something new from her about nutrition and living a life of fitness. My progress has been steady(!) and I'm motivated to stay in this for the long haul. To say I "love" my trainer is an understatement.
