December has been a month of holiday parties and family gatherings and eating...eating....eating! Eating huge meals and lots of treats! You know you have ... and you know you'll be celebrating New Year's Eve with more partying and more treats! New Year's Day brings another family gathering ... and more food and more treats! (seems to be a pattern here, eh?) OK, so let's have our final days of free-wheeling fun and feasting BUT let's also circle January 2, 2014 on our calendars as our GO DAY! This means, we get down to business - no excuses! We're done with the junk. Our meals are going to be clean protein and lots of veggies. We drink water or tea and nothing else. We get back to training a minimum of 3 days a week. We get back to getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. And we start looking and feeling better every day. If you need help with this, reach out to me. I'll find a slot for you on the calendar. By April, my clients will be sporting a body they will be proud of and they will be feeling fantastic! You can be one of them!

I've learned SO MUCH about my body and how it works! Bambi takes the time to analyze me as I'm training, picking up on dysfunctional movement, no matter HOW SLIGHT it may be. Her corrections to my form in our drills has resolved a lower back pain I suffered with for years and strengthened me in ways I never thought were possible!
