What I really want for Christmas is change. I want at least ONE more person to change their mind about putting off their nutrition and fitness goals until after the New Year. Why waste the next 27 days???!!! Do you know how much you can accomplish in 27 days? Do you know how much better you will feel physically and mentally with just 30 days of better nutrition? Do you know how much fun training you will miss in 5 weeks?

What prompted this post? I overheard way too many conversations in the past few weeks among men and women who are planning on waiting until after the holidays to address their health and fitness problems. I hate wasting time, don't you?
I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on. I'm a work in progress, and every week I learn something new from her about nutrition and living a life of fitness. My progress has been steady(!) and I'm motivated to stay in this for the long haul. To say I "love" my trainer is an understatement.
