This year is flying by so fast! Here we are in November, and just a few weeks away from Thanksgiving. My long time clients are in great condition, looking lean and strong, and are looking forward to the treats on Thanksgiving Day. Notice that I said "treats". Because every day should NOT be a day of over-eating and bad food choices. The result of that kind of behavior is an over-weight, unhealthy body.
