Personal Training For Your Health and Fitness Goals

I just had this conversation with one of my clients and I'm going to share it with you. This will surely hit home with many of  you. This particular client had been remiss on their efforts with their nutrition. Mid December, they said "I have promised myself that right after the Christmas and New Year holiday celebrations, I am going to get back on track."  Well, we are now into the middle of March and the re-commitment to healthy eating hasn't happened.  This saddens me. It saddens me because this overweight client could have shed approximately 18 lbs. by now - almost 2 clothing sizes! It saddens me because several months have passed again with the stress and strain of excess weight on their joints. It saddens me that they have not given their body a break from the toxins of sodas and processed food. Well, we re-visited the situation and I hope I brought to the table enough motivation and support to help them make the decision to get back on track TOMORROW! I never give up. And I never let my clients give up. This journey is way too important :-)

I felt guilty about how overweight I had become, and how out of shape I was. Bambi got my mind straight about the "journey" I was on. I'm a work in progress, and every week I learn something new from her about nutrition and living a life of fitness. My progress has been steady(!) and I'm motivated to stay in this for the long haul. To say I "love" my trainer is an understatement.
