Wow! Hard to believe we are in February already! I'm hoping you started the new year with a fresh commitment to healthier eating habits and regular workout sessions. If you haven't, then please give yourself THE BEST VALENTINE PRESENT EVER this year. Show yourself a little love by doing the following on the 14th:
1) Look in the mirror and appreciate who you are today
2) Promise yourself that you will eat more colorful vegetables
3) Promise yourself that you will exercise every other day
4) Treat yourself to a session with a Personal Trainer
Sometimes all it takes to get on the right track to improving your health and losing weight, is to make your recommitment an event. Valentine's Day is about love ...including showing YOURSELF enough love to treat yourself to a special (and healthy) dinner as a way of celebrating your NEW commitments. If you need guidance and support from a Personal Trainer, well, geez, what better way to spend $75 on yourself? Get educated! Get motivated! Get healthy! Get strong!
