Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner ... already! If you are one of my clients, you have already been working hard on your nutrition and training throughout the year ... and you already know how to navigate through the holiday food traps. (and no, that doesn't mean you don't get to enjoy holiday food!) For those of you who are JUST STARTING on this journey, you have 9 whole weeks to clean up your nutrition and to get in a minimum of 27 training sessions. That equals, for most, a weight loss of 1 lb per week, and fitting into a smaller clothing size for New Year's Eve! Talk about a great goal! Need help? I'm here for you.
A++ all the way. I highly recommend Krav Maga and Fitness training from Bambi Christman. She is extremely professional yet at the same time, very warm and welcoming towards her students. Her expertise and talent makes learning new ideas and techniques fun rather than frustrating. No matter what your fitness or skill level is, Bambi is the truly the best. Definite recommendation.
