Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner ... already! If you are one of my clients, you have already been working hard on your nutrition and training throughout the year ... and you already know how to navigate through the holiday food traps. (and no, that doesn't mean you don't get to enjoy holiday food!) For those of you who are JUST STARTING on this journey, you have 9 whole weeks to clean up your nutrition and to get in a minimum of 27 training sessions.
