Memorial Day picnics, Father's Day picnics, Fourth of July picnics ..... yes, this is the season of picnics. And keeping on track through the summer months and the weekends and holidays of picnic meals is easier than you might think! 

  • Stay away from the sodas and wine coolers ... enjoy unsweetened ice tea with lemon
  • Choose grilled chicken over grilled hot dogs and burgers - and no bread needed!
  • Make a healthy salad with the tomatoes, onions, peppers, and lettuce that are always out for the burgers - and top the salad with refreshing lemon juice
  • Choose pickled eggs over deviled eggs
  • Contribute your own potato salad - made with yogurt instead of mayonnaise
  • Forget the cakes and pies and indulge in the watermelon, strawberries, and peaches

You get the picture .... the choices are there .... and better choices lead to a better looking body and better health.

I've made a quantum leap in strength, endurance, and especially self-confidence since I've started training with Bambi. She is tuned-in to the kind of workout I might need any given week, and she continues to inspire me as I improve. She is a fierce yet compassionate trainer and teacher, and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to "wake up" his or her fitness training!
