4 Months have passed - where are you?

You promised you would make it happen THIS YEAR! You promised to clean up your nutrition and ramp up your fitness training starting the first of January. Did you? If you did, you have worked hard to earn the 12 lb. weight loss you are admiring as you look in the mirror. What's that you say? You didn't stick to your promise? You're still stuck at your muffin top weight? Alright .. enough of the procrastination!!! May 1st is your NEW start up time. Do you really want to look in the mirror at the end of August and STILL see the same thing? No!!!! If you need help getting started on your nutrition and fitness, contact me. I've made a quantum leap in strength, endurance, and especially self-confidence since I've started training with Bambi.
